Couples’ Massage Classes: 

Riverspointe Spa is offering Couples' Massage Classes!  If you would like to learn how to give your sweetheart a relaxing massage, or if you'd just like to learn the finer points of massage to keep your friends and family healthy and happy, sign up for a spot in our weekly classes.  Classes are 2 hours, and include professional instruction, a gift package of our Zen Organics massage lotions and oils, and other useful information. 

 

Each couple practices professional massage techniques on their partner, while receiving encouragement and pointers from a massage instructor.  Learn effective techniques for relieving your partner’s chronic aches and pains!  This is truly the gift that keeps on giving!

Text Box: “Your Sacred Space” Text Box: Reiki I: August 29th (Sunday) from 10am-6pm at Riverspointe Spa. **Class includes instruction, attunement, practice time, and a 1 hour lunch-break. ** Learn to heal yourself and others, let go of old patterns, and reconnect to your life purpose! Reiki (Pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the Asian concept of Life Energy. A subtle energy flows from the hands of the practitioner into the client, and it is this energy that creates the relaxation and healing effect. In addition to creating uplifting subjective experiences, Reiki can also provide a very practical technique to solve both major and minor issues in our lives, thus giving us an increased level of confidence in achieving our goals and living our lives with health, success, and happiness. Class is taught by Melissa Verhulst, practicing Reiki Master since 2002.

Class is $200 and includes a book, flashcards, DVD, and music CD.
